Free Items for your use

Can you make use of any of these items?

They are free to anyone prepared to collect them from the Tooting area. We take no responsibility for their condition they are gifted and taken as seen. If interested please contact June on 020 8675 0320. June is available from Monday to Friday 10 until 12pm. These will be given on a first come first served basis.
The Cooker & fridge freezer are only a couple of months old.
Also available is a single bed, a couple of side tables and a nice wooden/glass bookcase.
Please note: The former owner was a smoker.

Complaints

A Complaint is an expression of displeasure.

New World Housing Association takes complaints from our tenants seriously. The Association is committed to providing good quality services and we believe that complaints are one of the indicators which help us to determine whether we are providing a quality service to our tenants.

Tenants who wish to make a complaint should follow the procedure given in the tenants’ handbook and also the complaints information provided below.
