There are three communal entrances with separate stair cores, each with a door entry system. 31-38 Mulberry Close is a terrace of bungalows opposite 1-30. St Augustine’s House
This is our third independent living scheme which was acquired in December 2018. It has 15 bedsits and 4 one bed flats, making a total of 19 self-contained flats. It’s located in Tooting, its spread out on 3 floors. There is a passenger lift in the building.
Both of these new schemes will give new opportunities to tenants to downsize from larger family homes into much more cosy easily managed apartments. We are also hoping this will also give tenants the chance to relocate to different areas via mutual exchanges and homeswap.
If you want to take advantage of these new opportunities, please contact your housing officer who can assist with your request.
Hands up who would like to be a Volunteer.
Community is at the heart of everything we do and it’s people that build communities. Could you spare some time to help build a friendship and support network by assisting in, for example, helping run a lunch club at our sheltered scheme. Or for those budding chefs out there, could you help prepare a traditional meal for our elderly tenants or even just help to clear up or wash up. Any assistance you can give will be greatly appreciated, just a quick call is all it takes for you to make all the difference in the world!
