Welcome to New World!
New World started out in the 1980’s as SEA Co-op managing shortlife properties for newly arrived Vietnamese families. By 1992 it had developed into New World Housing Association, registered with the Housing Corporation and taken ownership of its first permanent schemes.
Today the association owns and manages over 300 homes throughout South London providing safe and affordable accommodation for over 1000 residents.
The original aims of the association remain much the same as they did when we started over 20 years ago: To provide high standards of housing and services to local communities, in particular the Vietnamese community.

Repairs and Maintenance Update
Following the most recent Government guidelines and social distancing instructions, New World’s maintenance service will now be limited to emergency repairs and regulatory gas checks only to reduce the risk of exposure of coronavirus to you and our contractors.
Emergency repairs include flooding/uncontainable water leaks, WC out of service, major electrical faults or total loss of heating.
When arranging an appointment, our contractor will ask if anyone in the property is self-isolating. If this is not the case, a visit can be scheduled.
Once in your property, both you and the engineer, who will be wearing personal protective equipment, must observe the 2 metre rule.
Please DO NOT report non-urgent repairs during this period.
To report an emergency or to request advice, please call: 020 8675 0320 to speak to a member of staff.
We remain here and available to support and advise you whenever you need. Thank you.
